Thursday 6:00 PM

I was out in the Pisten Bully, tilling and retracking about 20 km. Snow Cross and Black Smith headed to Windy Ridge to cut brush and try to get the Ridge Runner open. Trails are in great shape, the skiing has been rated as excellent mid winter conditions. Looks like Monday we will have one last push of 5-6 groomers getting Ridge Runner open. Tomorrow Wide Track and Crasher are finishing the final brushing from the storm on the Puumala Trails and we plan to open them with tracks tomorrow…might not be until 10-11:00 AM. I just want to thank one of our season pass holders from MN for the nice gesture today…he brought a pot of “Moose Chili” for the groomers to enjoy!
