We are clearly stating the obvious here, but we will because the gift is so monumental; there would be no trails without the land donations from Eric Anderson and Angela Santini.
These beautiful trails are key to one important Foundation Core Value – PLACE. The trails help our well-being by just immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature.
Eric and Angela have been busy analyzing their land parcels and making preparations for land donations. The first parcels donated will be the trailhead and land known to some as ‘old ABR’ (Dave Anderson’s original property he purchased from Oscar Peltonen where he raised his three boys). This property makes up the heart of the trails.
The next time you are skiing with family or are out by yourself skiing in the K’s, take a minute for gratitude; stop at your favorite trails and savor a few moments to take it all in.
