Used for centuries & beneficial to your physical health & mental well-being

What are the benefits of sauna? Sauna is good for everyone, young and old. Although, it is not generally recommended for those with heart problems. Sweating in a sauna cleans your skin and rids your body of toxins. The heat may help muscle pains and your quality of sleep will increase. The most important benefits of the sauna allows you to relax and relieve stress.

Going ice swimming or plunging into a deep snowbank after the sauna is also good for your health. The cold temperatures close your pores. Regular swimming in ice-cold water increases your mood and energy balance, your tolerance for cold temperatures will improve, reduce blood pressure and decrease stress. The change between cold and hot also helps maintain your skin’s elasticity by slowing down the cellular aging process.

If you stay in one of the rustic cabins, you can add a sauna session to your day!
